Studio Booking – Terms & Conditions


  • Studio rentals are booked on behalf of the client and are subject to the individual studio’s policies and availability. The full studio rental fee will be added to the client’s invoice as a separate line item and must be paid in accordance with the invoice terms. Studio bookings will only be confirmed once the required deposit has been received.
  • While availability may be verified prior to issuing the contract and invoice, studio bookings are not guaranteed until payment is completed and the contract is signed. Clients are encouraged to complete these steps promptly to secure their selected studio, especially for sessions scheduled in the near term.
  • Cancellations or changes to studio bookings must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Failure to do so will result in the client being responsible for the full studio rental fee, as per the studio’s cancellation policy.
  • Clients are fully responsible for their conduct and that of any individuals accompanying them during the session. Any damages caused to the studio, its equipment, or its property by the client or their group will be billed directly to the client by the studio. The photographer assumes no liability for such damages.

  • Studio layouts and set designs are subject to change at the discretion of the studio. While I make every effort to keep this page updated and will advise you if I am aware of any significant changes, I cannot guarantee that the studio will appear exactly as shown in the reference images at the time of your session.
  • Please note that some studios may feature seasonal or themed setups (e.g., Christmas, Mother’s Day, or other promotional periods). While the studio remains fully functional during these times, certain decorative elements may be present and cannot always be moved or edited out of your photos.
